My job is to help you attract qualified buyers through pricing your home competitively. This is done through a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report.
Once you list your home with me it immediately goes into the MLS (multiple listing Service) database which allows agents to access information about your property right away. Beyond traditional advertising mediums such as signage, popular realtor databases and public open houses, I use additional resources to promote and position your property. This includes connecting with my vast network of buyers, hosting private and agent opens, developing photo and video based content strategies, and more techniques that assist me in having sold over 200 properties.
Through my online platform, we will know about each and every prospective buyer and if your home meets their criteria. Buyers can access information about your sale, book private walkthroughs and be notified of any updates regarding changes or upcoming open houses.
For each of my sales, we develop a full social media campaign across 3-5 channels highlighting your home and property. We also put a strong focus on the sale in my monthly newsletter that has over 600 subscribers, and arrange for additional content such as drone footage and video walk throughs if needed.
